    The Optimist

Hello everyone, My name is Nathaniel Berube and i am an author. I created the book series The Gathering. Look me up on kindle and read my books if you like. I hope you enjoy my books as well as my blog.

i have a goal and that goal is helping everyone on this planet be the best they can be. I will one day fix all this worlds problems and make life on this planet as wonderful as it should be.

Feel free to message me or whatever you want ^-^

Have someone bad in your life who has hurt you and want revenge? Don’t seek it. They will destroy themselves.

When people make a mistake or they mess up big time they tend to subconsciously destroy themselves and those around them, slowly but surely they will end up alone, they subconsciously punish themselves because they know deep deep down, that they are “bad”. And that they “need to be punished” it just goes to show that even the most “evil” of people have a conscience, and that conscience will destroy them.

And something has kept me here too long, and you can’t leave me if I’m already gone.

    Thermochromic table by Jay Watson

imagine banging someone on that table

imagine being home alone and seeing imprints on that table

    noooooo stop

Imagine having a friend sit at that table for a long while, but when they get up there’s no imprints at all.

What if you got up after trying to console a crying friend, and found that you had no imprints… and they were crying because they missed you?

aaaah it was a cool table now it’s a horror/drama story

not going to lie. i was honestly expecting someone to be making sex jokes about how imprints could be left behind. im impressed tumblr, im impressed

^check the second comment friend! a sex comment was indeed made.

emotional abuse is when someone does something to hurt you, and when you express your feelings, that you’re upset, they turn it around to be something you did to hurt them and they force you to apologize for it, and your feelings, like always, are rendered invalid and silenced, forever damaging the ability to trust others with your feelings because they always are used against you.

this is important because so many people don’t know this

This is exactly what is going on with a couple of “friends” of mine right now. They hurt me I got upset and it’s my fault that I got upset and it’s just not right nor fair to me.

    I ship it.

    I ship it.

    Excuse you.

    Excuse you.

Lately I have just been a mess, and I have only been getting worse and worse, this needs to change now. I am returning to my studies, will it help me feel better about myself and life? Who knows, but it’s something, I’m tired laying around in apathy over stupid drama, I pledge here and now that from here on out I will do my best to be the best being I can be. And god help anyone that tries to stop me from living my life and living it the way I want to live it.
